2. AI and Third-Party Services

The Service includes AI-powered features and integrates with third-party providers (including but not limited to Clerk, Stripe, Anthropic, and OpenAI). By using the Service, you agree that:

• AI outputs are provided "as is" and require human review. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.
• We are not liable for any service interruptions or data breaches originating from third-party providers.
• You will comply with the acceptable use policies of our integrated providers.

3. External Data Sources

We aggregate job listings from external sources. While we strive for accuracy, we do not verify the authenticity or current status of every listing. You are responsible for verifying all information directly with the hiring company before applying.

4. Paid Subscriptions

Subscription tiers provide access to features and usage limits as described on our pricing page.

• "No credit card required" refers to our Free plan access.
• Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing or feature availability with 30 days notice.
