1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Internship Grabber ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. If you are under 18, a paid subscription must be purchased by your parent or legal guardian using their own payment method. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 13 to create an account. If we learn that a user is under 13, we will close the account and delete the associated personal information.

The Service is intended for users located in the United States. We do not target or market the Service to individuals outside the United States.

3. AI and Third-Party Services

The Service includes AI-powered features and integrates with third-party providers (including but not limited to Clerk, Stripe, PostHog, OpenRouter, Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google). By using the Service, you agree that:

• AI outputs are provided "as is" and require human review. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.
• We are not liable for any service interruptions or data breaches originating from third-party providers.
• You will comply with the acceptable use policies of our integrated providers.

4. External Data Sources

We aggregate job listings from external sources. While we strive for accuracy, we do not verify the authenticity or current status of every listing. You are responsible for verifying all information directly with the hiring company before applying.

5. Paid Subscriptions

Subscription tiers provide access to features and usage limits as described on our pricing page.

• "No credit card required" refers to our Free plan access.
• Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing or feature availability with 30 days notice.
