2. AI and Third-Party Processing

Our Service utilizes advanced AI to help match your profile with jobs and generate application materials. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your profile data (including resume text) and job descriptions are shared with third-party AI providers (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) for real-time processing.
• We do not control the internal data retention policies of these providers, though we use enterprise-grade APIs which typically prohibit using your data to train their models.
• We use Clerk for secure authentication and Stripe for encrypted payment processing. Your financial details never touch our servers.
• While we prioritize security, we cannot guarantee the absolute privacy of data once transmitted to third-party providers.

3. Data Source Attribution

We aggregate internship data from various public and community sources (including Simplify, Zapply, and Jobright). We do not claim ownership of this external data and provide it "as-is" for your convenience. Links to original sources are provided where possible.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and secure authentication through Clerk.
